3rd Black Belt Technique Manual


OBSCURE CLAWS (Flank Left Hand Shoulder Grab)

  1. After your right inverted outward middle finger fist to your opponent’s sternum, execute a right outward heel palm claw to opponent’s face and without any loss of motion execute a left inward heel of palm claw as you rotate clockwise into a right front twist stance.
  2. Immediately unpivot counter clockwise out of the twist stance as you execute a right inward heel of palm  claw to the left side of his face, and as you continue the momentum of the unpivot immediately execute a right knife-edge thrust kick to the inside of your opponent’s right knee.
  3. From the right kick, go into a right front crossover into a right front twist stance, and as you unpivot counter clockwise (keeping your left hand low like a downward claw and your right hand high like an upward claw) execute a right roundhouse kick to your opponent’s kidney.
  4. From the right roundhouse kick, right front crossover and double coverout to 10:30 o’clock.

ENCOUNTER  WITH DANGER  (Front Two·hand Push)

  1. After having executed your left back thrust kick, while on your right knee and having pushed yourself back into the action, plant your left foot down toward 12 o’clock and stand up into a left neutral bow stance.
  2. Immediately execute a right step through front snap ball kick to opponent’s groin and just as you plant down forward, deliver a right vertical punch to the sternum of your opponent.
  3. Now step forward with a left front crossover into a front twist stance and just as your foot plants, execute a right back knuckle strike to the opponent’s right temple, (this strike kind of loops in toward you then outward and hits with the elbow anchored).
  4. Unpivot from the left front twist and execute a left vertical punch to the solar plexus of the opponent.
  5. Now step forward with a right front crossover into a front twist stance and just as your foot plants, execute a left back knuckle strike to the opponent’s left temple, (this strike kind of loops in toward you then outward and hits the elbow anchored).
  6. Unpivot from the right front twist into a right neutral bow stance, as your left checking hand moves up to cover his eyes (blindfold effect) deliver a right inward looping overhead punch to opponent’s left jaw (this all happens as you unpivot) and let the punch continue down and in toward you.
  7. Continue turning counter clockwise and  dropping into a left close  kneel stance, execute a right stiff leg kick between his legs up to his groin.
  8. From the kick, right front crossover and double coverout toward 6 o’clock.

CIRCLING DESTRUCTION   (Front Step Through Left Punch)

  1. After having executed your right front scoop to your opponent’s groin, simultaneously with a left outward heel of palm thrust to opponent’s back, plant your right foot back to 4 o’clock, and immediately execute a right step through knife·edge kick to the back of opponent’s left knee to buckle him and follow up with a right inward elbow strike to the right side of opponent’s neck, as you plant down  and toward him.
  2.  Continue toward him as you go into a left front crossover as you shove him down with both of your heel of palm thrusts, (your right hand is on top fingers pointing in and palm out and your left hand is on the bottom fingers pointing in and palm out) so that opponent falls onto his stomach with his head now facing 10:30.
  3. Now execute a right heel stomp to your opponent’s lower spine, and while standing on his back (your right stomping foot) execute a left front crossover stomp to the back of his neck.
  4. Slip your left foot off to the left side of his head, as you drop your right foot back and off to the right side of his right hip as you drop down into a left front close kneel stance with your right knee dropping onto spine as you execute a right heel of palm smash to the back of his head, forcing his head to the ground.
  5. You now springboard and leap up into the air as you turn clockwise as you execute a left inward looping downward roundhouse kick (kick is like right kick in the “Leap of Death”) to his head.
  6.  From your left kick, left front crossover and double coverout to 4:30 o’clock.

   DETOUR  FROM DOOM  (Front Right  Roundhouse  Kick)

  1. After having your right arm circle counter clockwise and as you execute your right downward hooking hammerfist to the back of the opponent’s neck, have the hooking hamm.erfist pull and drag his head into a left palm heel thrusting strike (palm facing up) to the left jaw as you switch into a right forward bow.
  2.  Now have the left hand claw his face on the way back in as you step out to 8 o’clock with your left while executing a right inside downward elbow smash to opponent’s face or temple, ending in a left neutral bow stance (elbow is like a punch that slips by).
  3. Pivot clockwise  and swing your right foot around to 5 o’clock into a left neutral bow stance as you deliver a right outward horizontal back knuckle strike followed by a left horizontal inward heel of palm claw to his head and face.
  4.  Now deliver a right step through front snap ball kick to the opponent’s groin, and with your right hand cocked to the right hip (hanging down from the previous move) execute a right upward lifting stiff-arm back knuckle to his face (left hand is checking).
  5.  Right front crossover and double coverout to 7 o’clock.

SQUATTING- SACRIFICE (Rear Bear Hug– Arms Free)

  1. After your right foot stomps to his lower spine and you execute a right foot sweep to clear his arm (toward 3 o’clock) you now step out toward 3 o’clock with your left foot and immediately come back with a left shovel kick to the opponent’s jaw or the lower portion of his head that is on the ground.
  2. Plant your left foot down (gauging leg) and execute a right slicing knife edge kick to left hinge of your opponent’s jaw (this action starts you to turn counter clockwise and you plant your right kicking leg out (gauging leg) to set up for the next move).
  3. Execute  a left rear sweeping thrusting rear  kick to your  opponent’s  right temple (at this point he should have turned over onto his back exposing his right  temple).         ·
  4. Left front crossover and double coverout to 3 o’clock.

ESCAPE FROM DEATH  (Right Rear Arm Choke)

  1. From your right knee, kick to the outside of your opponent’s right thigh, plant your right foot back a small amount (gauging leg) and execute a left knife edge kick to the inside of your opponent’s left knee (this should have him buckle in an awkward manner so that his head comes toward you).
  2. Now as you plant your left foot back to 3 o’clock into a right front twist stance, execute a left outward heel of palm claw to his face to continue to bring him toward you.
  3. Unpivot out of the twist counter clockwise as you execute a right inward hammerfist (forcing your opponent to come around almost onto his back), which now allows you to come up with your right knee to the back of his head or neck (use your hands to assist you).
  4. From the right knee, plant your right foot down into a right stomp to his right ankle or foot.
  5.  Right front crossover double coverout to 2 o’clock.

BRUSHING  THE STORM  (Right Flank  Overhead Club)

  1. After your right knife·edge kick to back of opponent’s left knee thus buckling him to the ground, and as you plant down with your right foot execute a right inward elbow strike to his right kidney, as you stoop down and grab his left ankle with your  left hand, (the elbow  strike  should  force your  opponent forward at this point).  Now with your left hand around the left side of his left ankle place your right hand in the bend of his left knee and pull up to stretch him out, then without hesitation,  slide your right hand down to the top of his foot and grab near the toes, so that  you can now pull up with your right (which is crossed over your left) and push  down with your left.
  2. Continue this push·pull action as you sweep your left foot back to 2 o’clock in order to roll him over onto his back (he is facing up with his head pointing toward 9 o’clock, with his toes up and legs spread apart).
  3. Immediately execute a left stomp to his right knee (and if his legs are spread very wide, plant down on the inside of his knee) (if not then on the outside), follow up the stomp with a right slicing kick to the groin, (if kicking from the outside then the slicing kick slices up the leg (to act as a check).
  4. Plant your right foot off to the left side of his body (near his right side, and continue your counter clockwise spin into a left rear stomp kick to  the opponent’s stomach.
  5. From your left heel stomp plant your left foot off toward 6 o’clock into a right front twist stance, then unpivot counter clockwise into a right downward looping roundhouse kick to the opponent’s face.
  6.  From right kick, right front crossover and double coverout toward 5 o’clock.

MENACING  TWIRL (Left Hand Rear Belt Grab)

  1. After your right foot has stomped down onto your opponent’s right instep, keep your right foot in position and adjust your left foot slightly to 1 o’clock (gauging leg).
  2. Immediately  execute a right knife·edge  thrust  kick to the opponent’s left knee and without putting your right foot down, execute a right roundhouse kick to the opponent’s right inner knee.
  3. Plant down with your right foot near his right foot, as you execute a right lifting snapping forearm strike up and under his chin (mid·range weapon) and without loss of motion come back down with a right downward hammerfist strike to the opponent’s right collar bone.
  4. You then continue the flow of your right arm downward (between you and the opponent) and loop it back up and into a hooking punch (using the face of the fist) to the left jaw of the opponent, as you gain force by pivoting into a right reverse bow stance, facing 1 o’clock.
  5. Right front crossover and double coverout to 1 o’clock.

LEAP FROM DANGER (Rear Two·hand Push)

  1. After you straight left back kick to your opponent’s right ribs, plant your left foot  down (gauging leg) toward your opponent and execute a right inward crescent  kick to your opponent’s face.
  2. Plant your right foot down and drag in your left (gauging leg) immediately execute a right reverse hook kick to the back of your opponent’s right knee to buckle him.
  3.  Immediately after the hook, kick bounce your right foot off the ground and into a right roundhouse  kick to any available opening.
  4.  Right front crossover  and double coverout to 1:30.

CIRCLES OF PROTECTION  (Front Step·through Overhead Right Punch)

  1. After your  left back knuckle  strike to opponent’s face, shift your  left foot to the  left  toward  10 o’clock  into  a left  close kneel  stance, as your  left  hand slides down his right arm to grab at the wrist. Simultaneously with this move, execute a right inward downward diagonaUy raking hammerfist  strike to his right floating  ribs.
  2. While still maintaining your grab to opponent’s right wrist, step back with your left foot toward 6 o’clock into a right neutral bow stance, as your right hand strikes upward with a heel of palm to break his right elbow.
  3. At this point we switch our right hand under his arm and up into a right modified extended outward block to force his arm over to the right as we simultaneously execute a left crossover thrusting sweep kick to the side of our opponent’s  right  knee.
  4. Plant your left sweep kick foot down off to your left (gauging leg) and immediately execute a right knife-edge thrust kick to the opponent’s left inner knee (the right hand which has done the parry or check from the previous move is now down by our right waist ready for the next move).
  5. As you plant down from the right knife edge kick, execute a right stiff arm lifting punch to the opponent’s face or jaw, as you allow the torque of this action to carry you around counter clockwise, the left hand which is the checking hand may be used to assist you by bitting the opponent’s face forcing him away, so that you may come around onto one of two kicks, a left spinning stiff leg back kick or a left spinning heel hook coming up in a vertical fashion.
  6. Left front crossover and double coverout to 6 o’clock.

CIRCLE OF DOOM (Front Straight Right Kick)

  1. Immediately after your left hooking kick to your opponent’s head, and without planting, step out with your left kicking leg toward 6 o’clock into a right reverse bow and arrow stance and immediately pivot around clockwise in place into a right front rotating twist stance as you come up diagonally with a left lifting two-knuckle punch to your opponent’s ribs.
  2.  Now unpivot from the twist stance into ·a right neutral bow stance as you immediately go into a right hooking punch to his face (punch comes in and stops near your chest to cock for the next move).
  3.  With your left hand checking, left front crossover into a left front twist stance as you continue the action of your right hand into a right outward back knuckle strike to any available target.
  4.  Unpivot in place as you execute a left heel palm thrust to his chin, left front crossover and double coverout to 7 o’clock.

BROKEN  GIFT (Handshake)

  1. After  having  adjusted  your  left  foot  over  toward  4:30  and  while  still maintaining your  left grab onto opponent’s  right wrist,  execute an inward diagonally downward elbow strike to left jaw of opponent, and without any loss  of  motion  continue  this  (in  a  figure  eight  pattern)  into  an  onward downward  elbow  strike  to  right  jaw  of  opponent,  and  without  any  loss  of motion immediately execute an upward vertical elbow to the point of his chin.
  2. With your left hand still maintaining your grab to his right wrist, twist that wrist  over so that the elbow is now facing up, and with your  right hand execute a downward blow with a hammerfist to the back of his right elbow to break it.
  3. Immediately grab your opponent’s right wrist or hand with your right hand, then swing your right foot back to 4:30, as you whip his arm over into a wrist lock (almost like “Spiraling Twig”) then execute a left front snap ball kick to his solar plexus.
  4. Plant your left kicking leg down (gauging leg) and then execute a right knife edge thrust kick to the opponent’s left inner knee.
  5. From the right kick, right front crossover toward 6 o’clock and unpivot into a left reverse heel scoop kick to your opponent’s chin.
  6. Left front crossover and double coverout toward 5 o’clock.

HEAVENLY ASCENT  (Front Two-Hand Choke – Arms Straight)

  1. After your right half·fist uppercut to opponent’s throat and having pivoted back into a right neutral bow stance, immediately step back with your right foot to 6 o’clock as both of your hands follow the contour of his arms and grab his wrists and pull to force him to bend down and toward you.
  2.  From your left neutral bow stance, execute a left front ball kick to his groin and immediately execute a right front ball kick to his solar plexus or sternum (this is a chicken kick).
  3.  As you plant down with your right foot forward go into a right stiff arm lifting back knuckle to his chin, followed by a right downward vertical back knuckle (down the same path) to the bridge of the nose, start two loops (out to the right first) into an inside downward hammerfist diagonally to his left jaw and following through to (figure eight style) a right downward outward diagonal back knuckle to the opponent’s right jaw (this entire series of moves in section No. three is like the green
  4. Simultaneously as your last back knuckle follows through slide your left foot through into a left rear crossover toward 1:30 as you execute a left upward claw to his face, and without hesitation slide your right foot out to 1:30 into a right reverse bow to buckle his left inner knee, as your right hand loops over left and down and out into a right back heel of palm claw to the opponent’s groin (this hand follows the contour of your body).
  5. Grab your opponent’s testicles (assuming he is a male) and as you go into a right  front crossover rip them out.  Continue into a double coverout toward 7 o’clock.

CAPTURING  THE STORM  (Front Right Overhead  Club)

  1. After circling your right arm counter clockwise and striking your opponent’s right  elbow with the club, move the club down along the opponent’s arm to strike the back of his bead and continue this arc down and back to the left to again  hit  his  right  kneecap,  following  through  (this entire  motion  is  a clockwise circle).
  2.  Now swing the club back counter clockwise to the back of the knee, going forward, raise the club almost over the head, then execute a left front crossover into a leg sweep to the back of his right leg, and at the very moment he is being swept yQu execute a right inward overhead looping club strike to the opponent’s bridge of nose, and at the very moment that you settle from the sweep, execute a left downward outward heel of palm strike to the opponent’s groin.
  3. Now with your feet in place (left front twist stance) untwist clockwise around into a right neutral bow stance facing 11 o’clock as you execute a right downward diagonal (striking from top to bottom and left to right) elbow to your opponent’s right kidney.
  4.  Immediately execute a right reverse step through into a right stiff leg sweep to 4:30 to buckle the back to the opponent’s right leg, and as this happens have your club kind of follow the direction of  the sweep and loop counter clockwise and as you drop your left foot over (a very small adjustment) toward 7 o’clock, and continue the action of the club into a right inward downward diagonal strike to his head.
  5. As the club follows through from the previous move and is now down by your right hip, go into a right front crossover (twist stance) toward 10 o’clock as the dub circles over from left to right counter clockwise and strikes down to the opponent’s head or shoulder.
  6. Step with the left foot and double coverout to 7:30 o’clock.

CONQUERING SHIELD (Front Left Stiff Ann Lapel Grab)

  1. After executing your right downward heel and claw to opponent’s face, you then check your opponent’s left arm with your right (clawing hand drops to become a check) as you deliver a left vertical punch to the opponent’s sternum, followed immediately by a right stiff arm lifting punch up and under the opponent’s jaw,  toward  11 o’clock.
  2.  Now convert your right hand into an outward horizontal heel of palm claw to turn his face to his left after which you follow this immediately with a left knee kick to his groin.
  3. Plant your left knee down toward 1:30 to buckle the inside of his left knee and immediately follow this with a left stiff-arm lifting punch under his jaw.
  4. Now simultaneously execute a right heel of palm thrust to his face as you right rear crossover toward 10:30 into a right rear twist stance (your left hand is checking at this point).
  5. Immediately shoot your left foot out and back to 11 o’clock into a left reverse bow stance to buckle opponent’s right leg, then adjust your left  leg  over toward 3 o’clock and as you pivot counterclockwise into a left front rotating twist stance, execute an outward blocking style knuckle rake across  to his nose.
  6.  While stepping back left to 6 o’clock into a right neutral bow stance, execute a  right downward inward diagonal knuckle rake to the opponent’s nose or cheek bone.
  7. Now go back forward with a left step-through shovel kick, catching knee, ribs, or face, and from the shovel kick, left front crossover and double coverout to 5 o’clock.

TAMING  THE MACE  (Front Step-Through  Right Punch)

  1. After having slammed your opponent up against the wall,. and with your right knee strike to his groin, plant your right foot back to 1 o’clock as you execute a left palm  thrust to opponent’s sternum, and slide your left hand up to his throat to pin him  against the wall.
  2.  Execute an in place stance shift by bringing your left foot toward you and as you step in with your right foot, execute a right heel palm strike to your opponent’s chin, have your right hand slip up and past his face, then rip down his face with a right five finger claw, which continues down and loops around into a right inward elbow strike to your opponent’s left ribs (your left hand acts as a check as you are doing all of this) as you switch from a right forward bow stance to a right neutral bow stance.
  3. Now execute a right back knuckle to his right side of face simultaneously with a left vertical punch to his solar plexus as you torque into a right forward bow stance.
  4. Now switch your right forward bow stance to a right neutral bow as you execute a right downward hammerfist to his groin as you simultaneously execute a left inward heel of palm claw to his right side of face.
  5. Now bring your left hand over to the left side of your opponent’s face as you shift your left foot over to 10 o’clock as you execute a right outward back knuckle strike to your opponent’s temple.
  6. Grab the back of the opponent’s head with your right and left hands as you drag your left foot to your right and execute a right upward knee strike to his face.
  7. Right front crossover and double coverout to 12 o’clock.

TWIRLING SACRIFICE  (Full Nelson)

  1. After having spun opponent counter clockwise and smashed his head into the wall, pole, etc. as he falls down onto his back, have your right hand go over and in between his legs to grab his right ankle with your palm down, and simultaneously grab in the same manner his left leg with your left hand, now sweep your left foo back counter clockwise to 12 o’clock, as you flip your opponent  over onto his face.
  2. Maintain your hold on his legs and drag your left foot up to your right slightly (gauging leg) as you execute a right front snap ball kick to the solar plexus, and without putting your right foot down, slide that right foot down the front of his body into a knife·edge thrust kick to his throat or jaw, depending on the position of his head.
  3. Now place the right leg of the opponent over his left leg so that it crosses his ankle right in back of his left knee and fold the left leg over it to pin it in position (sort of like a figure “4”) and maintain control of this hold as you allow him to fall down onto his stomach (at this point your opponent’s head is pointing toward 5 o’clock).
  4. Immediately shuffle forward toward 4 o’clock into a left close kneel and drop down with your right knee onto his left folded over leg to sprain or dislocate the knee.
  5. Have both your hands grab his left leg and as you stand up and shuffle back slightly jerk his left leg out straight and let it fall to the ground.
  6. Left front crossover and stomp his left ankle then double coverout toward 10:30.

CROSS OF DEATH  (Front Two ..Hand Cross Choke)

  1. After  executing your  right vertical back  knuckle  thrust  to opponent’s left temple, immediately go into a right roundhouse kick to the back  of  the opponent’s left knee and without putting your kicking leg down, execute a right  outward horizontal heel hook kick to the inside of his same left knee.
  2. Plant your right foot down in place and drag your  left foot to your right (gauging  leg)  and  execute  a right  front  snap ball  kick  to  inside  of  the opponent’s right knee (to open him up and spread his legs).
  3. With your hands up in a guarding position, plant your right foot down and then execute a left rear crossover ball kick stomp to opponent’s left foot as you then simultaneously deliver a right heel palm strike to the opponent’s jaw.
  4. Now move your left foot out to 7 o’clock as you face your opponent into a right neutral bow stance, drop your right hand down into a five finger claw to the opponent’s face.
  5. Right front crossover and double coverout to 7 o’clock.

SECURING  THE STORM  (Front Right Roundhouse  Club)

  1. After having thrown your opponent down onto his back and while still maintaining your grab with your left hand onto his right wrist, reach over clockwise and around the club to grab the far end and leverage it out of this grip.
  2. While holding the club in your right hand and still maintaining your left grab, drop slightly as you jab the club into your opponent’s solar plexus.
  3.  Now snake the club clockwise and around your opponent’s right arm so that you place the downward end on the ground just above his right shoulder, and as you shuffle up just a little use your right knee to check his right arm, while your right band forces the club up against his jaw in order to break his neck or jaw, you now adjust your left foot up near the top of his head as you swing your right foot back toward 10:30, while switching hands on the club, and keeping it across his throat, now jerk back on the club with both hands to again attempt to break his jaw or neck.
  4.  Maintain your grip on the club with your left hand and as you left front crossover toward 7:30 (up the side of the circle) loop the club clockwise over and down to strike the right side of  his head at the temple.
  5.  From there, double coverout toward 9 o’clock.

INTERCEPTING THE RAM  (Front Tackle)

  1. After pivoting to your left and delivering a right rear scoop kick to opponent’s right jaw, with your right kicking leg still in the air, re·trace its path and then execute a right rear thrust kick to the opponent’s body.
  2. From your right rear thrust kick step out into a right front crossover toward 6:30 o’clock and pivot around counter clockwise into a left spinning back thrust kick to the face of your opponent.
  3. Plant down left (gauging leg) into a left neutral bow, so that you face your opponent, and execute a right upward inward diagonal (from 4:30 up to 10:30) knife edge slice kick through the opponent’s face, and in the same action without loss of motion, execute a right knife·edge thrust kick to the opponent’s right inner knee.
  4. Right front crossover and double coverout to 7 o’clock.

KNEEL  OF COMPULSION  (Flank Step..Through Right Punch)

  1. After executing your right horizontal inward elbow to the right side of your opponent’s neck, simultaneous with a left inward horizontal heel palm strike thus sandwiching opponent’s head, with opponent now on his knees. Now have your right arm wrap around your opponent’s left to form a hammerlock (your left band assists and checks) as you adjust your right foot around to the left and outside of your opponent’s left leg.
  2. Immediately follow up with a left step through to 7 o’clock into a left neutral bow stance as you pile·drive your opponent’s bead down into the floor.
  3. Now switch your hands, releasing your left and grabbing his wrist with your right, as you go forward into a push drag to a left close kneel to drop onto his twisted left arm to dislocate the left shoulder.
  4. Now adjust your left foot back to his left hip (to act as a gauging leg) and execute a right looping outward downward crescent kick with the point of your heel, to the opponent’s left side of head.
  5. Now do a left rear crossover, over your opponent’s body and plant your left foot down and near his right hip, then drop your left knee down to his spine.
  6. Raise up from the knee drop and adjust your left foot up toward 8 o’clock (near the right side of his head) and pivot counter clockwise and drop into a left close kneel stance with your right knee onto his neck.
  7. Now stand up and execute a right scraping heel kick (like a heel stomp that sweeps through) as you go into a right front crossover and double coverout toward 9 o’clock.

CLIPPING  THE STORM  (Front Right Thrusting Club)

  1. After having stepped forward and back of opponent’s right leg with your right foot into a right neutral bow as you deliver a right heel of palm strike under opponent’s chin (with your left hand checking near your right ribs). Immediately drop down onto your left knee into a right close kneel stance and while checking with your left hand, execute a right downward outward diagonal back knuckle strike to the back of the opponent’s right knee (and while using your left hand to assist you) to cause him to fall back over your right knee.
  2. While opponent is still in the process of falling continue the action of your right hand into a right downward back knuckle strike to his groin.
  3. Immediately stand up and execute a left front snap kick to his right ribcage. Plant your left foot near his right hip and execute a right thrust heel stomp to his solar plexus, and as you pivot to the left (counterclockwise) slide your right stomp out along his chest into a right reverse bow stance which ends in a stomp to throat or chin (your weight settles on the right foot as you hit).
  4. Drag your right foot into a left close kneel and then on up beside your left foot (which is near his right hip) to gauge the distance for the next move. Immediately execute a left outward downward looping crescent kick stomp, which drops between his legs to the groin.
  5. Right step through stomp onto his right ankle, slip off to the ground and double cover out.

GLANCING WING (Front Left Uppercut Punch)

  1. After your right overhead looping downward hammerfist to opponent’s left jaw which is followed by your right foot planting After your right thrusting diagonal forearm elbow punch to opponent’s  left jaw, pull your right elbow back (like a right outward elbow that goes up diagonally) so that your right wrist is bent up to allow your right back knuckle to hook the right side of the opponent’s  face.
  2. Drag your left foot to your right foot  (gauging leg) and come up and  out diagonally with a right outward crescent knee kick to the ribs of the opponent.
  3. From your right crescent knee plant your right foot down into a stomp onto the  arch of his left foot, and bounce this into a right side thrust kick to the right  inside kneecap of your opponent (this will buckle him and cause his head to drop down and bend forward).
  4. Drag your left leg and gauge for a right reverse scoop kick to the opponent’s head, pull his kick in and the bouncing it back into a right inward looping diagonal downward roundhouse kick to the back of the opponent’s left knee.
  5. Right front crossover  and double coverout toward 5 o’clock.

THE BACK BREAKER (Flank Step Through Right Punch)

  1. After your right reverse heel stomp to the opponent’s right collar bone, drag and plant your right foot near and slightly to the right (for proper alignment) of your  left foot, and execute a left reverse inward looping heel book to the opponent’s  face and plant the same left foot back into a reverse heel stomp to the opponent’s left collar bone (during all of the above you are still facing toward 2:30).
  2. Pivot counter clockwise into a left neutral bow stance and  immediately execute a right low front shoveling kick to the opponent’s left jaw, which follows through to allow you to drop down into a right front rotating twist stance, with your left knee dropping onto the ribs of your opponent (you are facing 10 o’clock at this point).
  3. Using the opponent’s body as a springboard from the above action, bounce up into the air and pivot around counter clockwise with your left foot landing where your right foot was (in place change back to front) and as you come down using marriage of gravity, execute a right looping downward roundhouse kick to the groin of your opponent (facing 2 o’clock).
  4. Leap up again and in place change turning clockwise in the air and as you land on your right foot, execute a left looping downward roundhouse kick to the right kneecap or right inner thigh of your opponent (facing 12 o’clock).
