Our Karate Girls self-defense class is designed for the woman who wants to get fit, while also learning how to defend herself from a potential violent attack. Research shows that women who practice self-defense are less likely to be assaulted. Women and girls learn both self-defense and self-offense martial arts strategies in a fun and safe environment. Classes begin with core, and glute warm-ups and include kicking and punching drills, kicking and punching combinations and self defense strategies aimed to defend against, grabs, holds, tackles, punches, and chokes.
