Within the category of attack “Grabs & Tackles, there are 4 front one-hand wrist grabs, 2 cross wrist grabs (Crossing Talon & Darting Mace) and 2 direct wrist grabs (Gripping Talon & Glancing Spear). This drill will enhance your recognition skills for these attacks, allowing you more response time to select and apply the correct counter technique for each of these specific method of attack.
